Together CGF and Samhita collaborate with companies, foundations, aid agencies, individuals, social organisations, the media, government, and sector experts to create impact at scale.
ONI Impact Thesis
By providing ‘returnable grants’ and ‘revolving zero-interest loans’ to informal workers and micro-entrepreneurs impacted by the Covid-19 pandemic, the Collective Good foundation enables funders to benefit five to seven times the number of individuals when compared to a simple grant. By demonstrating the efficacy of the lending model, it will also help crowd in capital from capacity building funders as well as CSR contributors.
