Mercia Cordeiro

Mercia provides executive and administrative support to the Managing Partner as well as the Financial Inclusion and Cities and Innovation teams. In her role, Mercia manages scheduling, coordinates travel, arranges meetings, and manages expenses. She is also responsible for contact database management.

Prior to joining Omidyar Network in 2013, Mercia was working at Everstone Capital Advisors as executive secretary to the co-founder and managing partner of the private equity team. She has also worked at Enam Financial Consultants, an investment firm, and Indo German Social Service Society, a nonprofit organization where she assisted the finance department.

Mercia has earned a bachelor's in commerce and is a diploma holder in secretarial practice from Burnley's Commercial College, Mumbai.
