Bringing the voice of the consumer to the center of the discussion around adoption of digital financial services in India, the research sheds light on five key “consumer personas” with similar personality traits, socioeconomic status, and access to technology.

Using these personas as a basis, the research offers a pathway through which providers can initiate or increase engagement with their digital financial services.
