Priyanka manages secretarial compliance and oversees labour compliance of Omidyar Network India, as well as manage transaction closing and related processes.
In her previous role, Priyanka worked with Jupiter Capital group, as the Company Secretary for their digital media platform Asianet News digital.
Priyanka graduated from Karnataka State Law University and is a member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI)
